In Barlesa SL (hereinafter, “Barlesa”) we care about the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return procedure
To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You must send an email to barlesa@barlesa.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will contact you to let you know the procedure to follow.
Reimbursement
Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
